This website was designed and produced by Nathaniel Mendels Bornstein on a Power Computing PowerCenter 132 MacOS-compatible computer, which just goes to prove the point that even an obsolete Mac clone is still the premier web development platform.
Special thanks to graphic designer Suzanne Lebowitz for inspiring many of the graphical elements of this site with her traditional media designs.
HTML was originally rendered from plain text files using UserLand Frontier and BBEdit, but then I saw the light and just started using vi.
Scripts for the guestbook were adapted from scripts written by Matt Wright, which can be found at Matt's Script Archive.
Movies were compressed with QuickTime and RealVideo. Thanks to Suzan Wassman at the Georgia Center for Advanced Telecommunications Technology and Jack Bornstein.
Website and CGI development and testing performed on an Apple Macintosh Quadra 650 running Quid Pro Quo web server software.
Web space provided by The Digital Public Works Project, running Apache web server software on Red Hat Linux.
This website has not been optimized for any particular browser, because the worldwide web is, and should remain, platform-independent. However, it has been tested and approved with Netscape Navigator, Microsoft Internet Explorer, NCSA Mosaic, Opera, NetPositive, iCab, and Lynx running under various combinations of MacOS, BeOS, Windows 95, Windows NT, Linux, and several Unix variants.
